It takes founders an average of 10 weeks from posting a role to having someone in the seat. Sorting through stacks of résumés drains precious time, decision fatigue sets in quickly, and frustration builds as top candidates slip away.
How might we surface the right applicants sooner, so founders can spend less time hiring and more time building?
